I love Dr. D. He is really passionate about guitar and pushes his students to improve. Know going in that practicing guitar and attending class are required to do well. However, if you actually try he will give you an A. He is hilarious, and always has an amusing story to tell. Highly recommend taking his intro guitar class, even if you dont play.

Came into the class never having played guitar. Dr. Davis was very helpful in teaching me what I needed to know to understand and play the instrument better. Attendance plays a big part in determining the success of a beginning player in this course.
