Great professor. Tries to make a very boring class interesting. That's not too easy to do in this case. There are 2 tests and a final. On the last day of classes he allows you to retake one of the first two tests and drops the lowest grade. Attendance is not mandatory but unless your incredible at accounting I recommend going. The class gets hard

Class was changed from 3 credits to 2. However, there is a lot of work to be done and the final is worth 50%. 1 group paper and Proli group project plus little individual article reviews. A lot of work for a 2 credit class. However, he is very helpful and kind and you will learn a lot in his class. A very good professor.

Very tough in the summer. 4 tests, projects and papers in six weeks. Who is he kidding? Could have lightened up the load a little considering it is the first part of a two part class. Tests were very tricky. He is better than the others, so I've heard.

Smart man. Considerate and fair toward students. Students should read the material, take notes, come and participate in class, put a good effort in the project and you will get a good grade. Sure he gives a lot of hw but it is really for your benefit. you will work hard in this class but it is all worth is..Because of him and Prof O'callaghn I passed the audit part of the cpa

Great Professor. Makes the material easy to understand. The cases are very helpful, the tests are not the easiest but if you come to every class and put some effort into the work you will do well. The prof also really cares about students and is a genuinely nice guy. Stronly Recommend!!!
