Comment:
Professor Sirias is a great teacher, for this class we did group work the entire time. He never really taught us any of the materials we were using for our projects but it was easy to figure out and he was also really nice when we asked questions. He travels alot out of the country for work so classes are sometimes cancelled.

Sirias really makes you think, and makes you think about what you think. He'll ask questions and then challenge your response. Really good professor to make you think differently and outside of the box. Make sure to get a good group, they'll help tremendously. If you have it online, you'll spend a good chunk of time working on some big projects.

Teacher is entertaining and likes to share examples of situations that he has come across while consulting. 15 min group case studies are handed out almost every class and are randomly collected for grading. If you do the case study and it is collected, you get 95/100. He didn't give out homework the entire semester.

This class was online, so it was if I was teaching myself the whole semester. The exams are online 50 questions 60 minutes so don't run out of time! If you do, oh well. Nothing he will do about it to help you.

I took this class online, and I hated it. The material that he gaves us to use was obscure and vague, basically meant for managers that are already in business and just need TOC training. I hear he's a good prof, but this class is online and you never deal with him anyways. Exams are long and hard.. All essay- group assignments are graded hard.

Management 325 with Professor Sirias can seem a bit too much but you just have to explain in your essays, you cannot list the answers. Always pay attention to what he says and always take notes. If you are not in class you will fall behind. The book does not have everything. I enjoyed this class.

Fun and energetic guy with a great sense of humor. His class was very well structured and organized. I looked forward to class, even though we usually stayed the entire time. It's nearly impossible to get an A in his course though, but you'll get a B if you put forth any effort. I recommend him.

He's academic, and has little working knowledge of today's systems. Essay questions must be long hand, and its a computer class. Says he can't prevent cheating with writing responses in Word, and this guy has a PhD. He expects your long hand essay resposnes to be a series of organized thoughts and well structured responses. Buy a big eraser.

Mult Choice tests - RIGHT FROM BOOK. Essay portion from notes - VERY straight forward. He's funny, class is real easy & learn easily, lots of group work - real life stuff. Take it in person, not online!

Took it online. You meet in person for the first class and have to pick groups to turn in group work for the semester which totally sucks! Exams are extremely hard with multiple choice and a bunch of essays. The book is tough to understand because everything is so general. He didn't grade tough though.
