This class was pretty easy. Its basically correspondence though, I learned pretty much everything from the text. Too bad Evans is useless and not nice as a professor. He gets kinda irritated when questions are asked. He expects you to understand EVERYTHING the first time he explains it.

Cocky and arrogant. Negative outlook on life. Doesn't give straight answers to questions, like he's too proud to say yes. I asked a legit question and he told me that I only asked to look good infront of the class. Cancels classes unannounced. Takes forever to mark assignments - received grade after boxing day! Surprised he isn't fired yet. AVOID!!

This teacher is actually really good. If you are at all computer literate, you can do really well in his class. Just a hint, he teachers many blocks of the same class, and make sure your class in later in the week and your final isn`t the first. He posts the multiple choice sections so you can find them from computers not in that classroom

Evans is a good teacher and he has plenty of real world experience, and he knows what he's talking about. Only thing I wish he would have done differently is to pay more attention to the students who need more help understanding all of this computer stuff while in class, he usually seemed too busy or uninterested.

If you are looking for a way to drop your GPA, Dave Evans is your man. I don't care how smart you are, no one will walk out of this class with the mark they want, and Evans will make sure of that, he enjoys seeing his students fail. I can't believe he is even a professor, he should have been fired a long time ago. I actually would rate him a -10.

Absolute HORRID teacher! Avoid taking his class. Tests are extremely hard. Takes marks off the littlest things. He makes things a lot harder and talks down to you. Isn't very helpful when asked questions and answers with smartass comments. Classes are boring and he takes forever handing back assignments. Why is this guy still allowed to teach?!

This prof is the worst prof i have ever had in my hole life. he doesn't teach, he lectures students like they'r little kids, he gets overly excited when students fail his imposible to pass exams. over 60% of his students drop the class and the rest fail. only 7 out of thirty people pass his class. what ever you do don't take that class.
