Its not worth coming to class. You learn more about his personal life and "kreutzer family vacations" than anything else. I attended every class and received a B so im not a disgruntled student, however I should have received a B+ but he doesnt give +-. I recommend finding a teacher that will actually teach you something and not waste your time.

his tests are pretty decently fair. u HAVE to read the chpts and DEF do the workbook for each chpt. i had a 79 average but still got just a plain C bc he doesnt do +-..so it hurt me a lot. i do reccommend him, however

Average difficulty (just exams make up the grade), but a funny man. You don't need to go to the classes, but do it if you want to be entertained. Mention VT football if you want the topic derailed.

his lectures are very very funny and entertaining but take away from class time and has nothing to do with the subject. there is no attendance policy only 3 exams and the final. exams are straight from the textbook and the practice book so you don't need to attend class. i think he is one of the easier econ teachers

Micros a hard subject and Kreutzer doesn't make it any easier. His lecutres are entertaining but you walk away knowing more about his personal life than you do about economics. Tests are very hard and he doesn't curve but does grade on a 10 point scale, no plus or minus grades. I would look for soemone whose lectures suplement the text

The one thing that helps understand his lectures are reading the material beforehand. He will touch a lot of topics througgout the lecture so if you don't know the terms or diagrams, there's little point in showing up other than to hear his stories. He is very interesting and I personally enjoy his lectures. Its all about preference.

This guy is great. I hate economics, and I absolutely loved going to his lectures. He is hilarious, and keeps everyone entertained with ridiculous magic tricks, and off-the-wall stories about his life. He applies his stories to Econ, and makes for a very interesting class. the tests are hard, but that is the same for every econ professor.

If you don't pass this class, you aren't cut out for the business world. His stories are corny, yes, but he's like 50...give him a break, plus they make the class interesting for non-COB majors. He is a nice guy, if you do the reading this is not a hard class at all, and the questions on the tests mirror the in class notes.

Kreutzer is funny, slightly goofy, but makes the class entertaining. Tries to involve the class every time-you want to pay attention. Tests are hard, but go to class, pay attention, you won't fail, C at worst.

I think he tries very hard to teach the material, but the test are not easy and he has only curved one of the 3 tests and only 2 points. He says attendance doesn't count...but it does...GO TO CLASS! He doesn't help you very much when you go to his office hours, its sad because he appears to be such a nice guy.
