Dr. Naranjit is a very good professor, I'd prefer him any day over Julia Lu! He has a calm voice that puts you to sleep but he really knows his stuff well. He expects lots of detail on his midterm and final, you really have to know every fine detail. Try to stay on top of the material, its a lot of take in when you cram.

Taught ok but used the final as a method of completely plummeting the class average. Went into detail to the point of obscurity on his tests. Before his class I had never had an exam where I had a better chance of getting the right answer by playing eeny meeny miny moe. His exam was out of the fine print, of sub category topics, barely referenenced

Got sleepy at first but listen well and you'll get interested in his lectures. He would say jokes sometimes. He is so calm and nice and might remind you of your dad. He is very clear. Also, you don't really have to use textbooks at all! Just maybe read some for references. Overall, he's a great teacher!

He doesn't use a textbook, but the same text from chy213 has some problems on the subject manner. Class was one day a week, 3 hours from 8am-11am, but you really need to GO TO EVERY CLASS! He respects you and wants you to learn. Tests have some challenging parts, but overall expect everything from the slides, especially the small details.
