Mr Packard is a great instructor. Very helpful with overcoming anxieties about giving speeches. Very engaging about speech topics. He clearly lays out what is expected of his students. Makes the difficult ordeal of public speaking a breeze. Great instructor.

Very nice and easy! NO TEST!! I would take him in the summer with Hartford! They split the class and its sooooo easy i think i gave a total of 3 speeches and 1 final speech that was with a group!

Class work is pretty straight forward. Dr. Packard is very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a nice professor. Speeches are not difficult. Attendence is mandatory but you rarely stay for entire class period. Overall he's a good teacher. If you have the option to take him do it!
