I thought this class would be another easy A like many of the core business classes. However, you MUST read the book and follow along with the powerpoints to do well. Overall, he is a pretty nice guy, but class can be lecture-heavy and boring at times. Not too bad, but you must study well to get an A.

Class is super boring, but pretty easy. Make sure to remember to do the online quizzes. And reading the book helps! He's a nice guy, and he tries to make the class interesting but he really doesn't. Great gen ed to take.

Easy, but he's very boring. He tends to elaborate for long periods of time and then reviews everything from the previous day for a good 10 minutes. Take good notes from the powerpoints, if you understand your notes, you'll do fine.

This class was so boring,and I fell asleep in class. You can tell that he tries to make the class interesting, but he was unsuccessful. Exams are from the notes, but the book was a helpful reference for definitions. The exams require moderate studying and he likes to throw in random definitions that you have to define on the exams.

Sooo boring and he has such a monotone voice and uses tons of examples. This stuff was pretty much common sense, and you werent expected to know anything that he didnt cover.

Hard to stay awake in class, not an interesting class to begin with. His examples are hard to follow and relate to the class, and his hand gestures get somewhat distracting. Keeping track of the 4 polos and 4 sweaters that he wears is more interesting than the class.

He is very knowledgeable and willing to help, but in class he can get very elaborate and extensive with his examples and you get lost. His exams are fairly difficult, but if you study hard you should be fine. The book isn't used in class, just for studying.

Don't take this class before 12. I had it at 10.00 and fell asleep almost every day. Savino is about as boring as they get, but you can't expect econ100 to be too exciting. Overall a very easy class. Only had to study the day before each exam.

Yeah, so he is a bit of a snore, but you overlook that with the easiness of the class. Definitely an easy A or B. Make sure you load up on the caffeine though. He loves the subject and gets pretty excited over it. Oh, and he knows just about every commercial ever produced. No joke. Oh, and watch out for the blue striped polos. That's all he wears.
