Somewhat boring class, can be kind of interesting at times. Tests are a piece of cake as long as you stick to the study guides he gives you - review the handouts and what's in the book...it'll be an easy class and an easy A or B

One of the most painful and longest classes I have ever sat through. However, St. John is an extremely nice guy and is very passionate about what he teaches. His tests (3 total) are not too bad, just study hard.The project he assigns is an easy A and the final is take home. Worth taking if you are looking for a semi-easy class just really boring.

By far the easiest class and gen. ed I have taken at Assumption College. Granted he does sometimes have ambiguous questions that aren't necessarily justified, but the handouts are helpful and the material is interesting. If you actually work and have ambition the class is simple, I don't see the problem.

BORING and POINTLESS. it's pointless to go, his handouts are a joke along with his tests. he knows 5 kids names in class and that's all he'll stick to. he will mark right answers wrong and try to justify it. such a painful class

A hell of a nice guy. His classes are a bit boring, but he is clear and helpful. I went to his office before an exam, and he helped me significantly. Also, he helped me with my learning disability with an eagerness that other professors just didn't have. I enjoyed having him as a professor.

this man drove me nuts. he gives study guides before exams, but half the stuff he doesn't even put the stuff in the study guide on the test but instead puts other material on it. he marks answers staight from the book and handouts wrong, and will refuse to change it even if you prove its right. its my major and i hated him.

he is sooo boring. U hafta b ontime immdetialy, hard grader, gives mult choice take home exams (many answer straight from the book he marks as wrong. Make sure to check you test grades. Overall nice though and he will help you if you go to him. Semi-old fashioned views
