Dr. David Ting has to be one of the worst professors at the university. It is very hard to understand him and his lectures are very hard to follow and understand. He also spends most of the class talking about a sidetracked topic that is completely unrelated to his class. He'll focus more on trying to make stupid jokes that aren't funny. Horrible..

Doesn't teach, throws up differential equations on the board that are incorrect half the time and have nothing to do with the course material, makes stupid jokes and doesn't test you on the material outlined in the syllabus. Hands down the worst teacher you could ever dream of having.

Terrible lecturer, doesnt know what hes talking about. Awful at explaining any concept clearly. No one ever knows what is going on in the class or what he's actually talking about. Spends more time making stupid jokes and giving "inspirational quotes" during the lecture, than teaching well, which he doesn't do anyway. My grandma could teach better.

Very bad teacher. Only derives formulae. Doesn't show us how to apply the. Any examples solved in class are unexplained he simply copies his solution. Spends too much time giving pointless quotes and referencing magic school bus, and trying to make bad jokes. Terrible at explaining the content. Read the textbook to learn the material!!

One time he said "There are two methods to do this question, one in your text, and one not in your textbook, i am going to do the one already in your textbook" Good, so what is the other way then?... He was one of the best teachers I have ever had in my life. He was extremely helpful at times when I really needed it. Never left me hanging. He is a very positive teacher with great attitude. Going to his class was very enjoyable. Would love to have him as a teacher again! Thnx mr.Ting!
