Good Teacher! Telephony was hard to understand and you dont use the book. The only thing is you could use a cheat sheet on every test which made it very easy and he didnt even seem to care! Great Guy!

Book was a waste of money, didn't use it. Gives you handouts and study guides for tests. Tests are somewhat hard (all essay questions). Class gets boring and is too long. Funny guy, tries to make the class as fun as possible.
