I appreciated the knowledge he shared in the Ukrainian History course I had with him. He was extremely passionate about the subject matter, has a strong opinion on the subject, and told many interesting stories related to the class. The overall material was easy to comprehend, and the workload, was not very much at all!

Prof. Daycock is a real bright light in Political Studies. He knows an immense amount in his area of stud and he's extremely smart -- he's a true professor from the old school. (Daycock is also hilarious.) You'll wish that more professors had his abilities.

Top notch prof in every regard. If you're interested in the subject you can't do much better than him as a prof. A real deal cold war expert - not a poser like some other profs you may encounter. He also makes it known when he's voicing an opinion instead of stating facts. He doesn't try to indoctrinate students like some other profs.

A nice, helpful man who is willing to take the time to help anyone who asks. Responds to questions directly and respects everyone's opinions. It's very easy to like him.

He's super nice and helpful, but doesn't take into account that there are immigrants in the class who cannot understand everything he is saying. Class drags on over 3 hours with him and you become anxious to leave, since it's in the night. He's not as interesting as the prof who taught the first half of the course. Very knowledgable & good, though.
