The only reason why this man has tenure is because he's great at recruiting. A normal person with his amount of education (i.e. NO doctorate) would never last as long. He can't conduct, is verbally and mentally abusive and spends most of his time defending himself because of his lack of abilities.

THE MAN CANNOT CONDUCT! He doesn't know what he's doing in orchestra, has absolutely no confidence in what he does, and has excessive rehearsals the day of concerts that are for his purpose and not for his musicians, and ends up tiring his musicians.
