She is very articulate and clear. She explains concepts well. Her class notes are very extensive. My only complaint is she does not have control over her class. Students talk and she merely asks them to "please try not to talk." She seems to be too afraid to tell students to shut up.

Prof. James to me is a fairly good professor...yes she uses a tone that screams out "kindergarten teacher", but she seems very friendly and she brings across her points quite clearly. I think her class is one of the best ones I'm taking right now.

This class seemed very interesting, however I did not enjoy it becasue of the prof and how unclear she was at explaining the concepts. she was also extremely fast as she spoke, and gave assighnments that were long!!

she's AMAZING!extremely nice to talk to,interesting lectures,very well organized teaching style,tests are fairly easy if you attend her every lecture,also fairly graded,very helpful answering all questions,very VERY nice heart if u need her help abt personal issues.UT would be 100 times better if all profs are like her.:)

An excellent prof by far. Her teaching style is amazing, if you just sit and listen to her, you'll ace your exam. Her exams are very fair. Her way of teaching is amazing. For people who think she is not good you probably dont know her very well, you probably didnt go to her during her office hours.

an ok prof. i don't apprec. how she assumes that b/c the class is so diverse that most of us are non-native speakers. she's VERY scatterbrained, and can't for the life of her, decide what she wants to say and just SAY it. tone of voice used is very annoying.

Very nice and humble prof. She is very helpful if u try to seek help from her. Very friendly. Tries her best to get concepts across. She builds a bond with students and we feel she is our own teacher
