VERY boring class but also VERY easy. Takes attendance every single class and you can only miss three. Save your skips for the end of the semester,trust me. You do not need to go to class to get an A. She reads right off the powerpoint. No exams, just online quizzes and a few assignments. She's a stickler for her rules. 1.20 hour class feels like 3

Okay professor. Assignments were fairly easy because all you had to do was answer the questions and be a bit detailed. Takes attendance and marks you off if you miss more than 3 classes. Online tests/quizzes were 40 points but she made it so you see one question at a time and you cant go back to change answer-its also timed!

I cannot say enough good things about her class.. She really balanced the work school life very well for her students... She understood we have other classes and doesnt give homework or when she does you get a while to accomplish it. Her lectures were long and drawn out but she was an amazing teacher.

Dr. Bishop is a kind person, but operates "by the book". Her exams are very intense, and she does not provide a study guide or post the slides to canvas. She is a stickler on the essay questions! Overall, the class was not that difficult, but did require a lot of small (seemingly unnecessary) assignments.

Her classes are VERY boring. She reads off the powerpoint the entire time. She likes to ask the class if we think it is ok for businesses to do this or that and the answer is ALWAYS maybe or probably not. BA project at the end is very easy.

Dr. Bishop is a very nice lady. She has worked in the human resource department and expects a lot of her students. The test are worth 200 points each and they are very complex, but managable. This class overall was hard, and I never missed any sections. I put in a lot of time and only got a B but I did learn a lot. Super strict on attendance.

Ok teacher. Assignments were very related and interesting, worth the majority of the grade. My class had online tests which I found difficult sometimes because she would include questions just to 'make us think.' tests aren't worth very much though so it was ok. She is helpful and knows what she is talking about.

Terrible. Don't take her. She doesn't care about the students at all. She thinks this is the only class you're taking and expects too much out of you when you're taking a huge load of classes. Told the class on the first day it is nearly impossible to get 100% on her exams. Who does that?

Dumbest class ever. This prof sucked. I hated my life everyday I woke up for this class. Exam questions are confusing and assignments are retarded. This class/prof was one of the worst I've had at SVSU.

Relatively easy class. I got a 61 on the first test and thought I was in trouble. However, the assginments take up the majority of the points in the class. You must go to class to get participation points, 4 points for each class, 100 total, so it adds up. I ended up getting a B and learning a lot! Great professor!

I had Bishop for both 323 & 328 in one semester; there were a few of us and she's not all that bad of a prof. It's just she's cold-hearted because she's worked Human Resources for so long, her forgiveness doesn't exist. Just follow along with the powerpoints and speak up once in a while and you'll do fine. Test ?'s easily found in book and notes.

Deborah is a very good teacher. The projects are useful and not that time consuming. What I liked is how organized the class was. You will always know what is going on and when. Definitely take this class.
