An incredible professor. She knows how to keep people interested. She's very bright so her class was challenging, but in a good way. If you show effort, she'll go out of her way to help you. Her sense of humor is A1, unless you can't handle sarcasm. She's a real role model. Wish there were more like her.

She is such a gem. Her lectures are great and she's so funny. Her tests are hard and she knows it. I got a D on every exam but I always participated and never missed class, therefore she saw that I tried really hard. If you aren't a good test taker you really need to participate as much as you can. Overall I enjoyed her class so much.

if you are not a good test taker i wouldn't reccomend this class. i personally don't like the movies she's shown, and i am choosing to drop the class. but more reviews on here say her tests are really hard. i stayed up all night reviewing my textbook and i still failed.

She is absolutely hilarious, it's a fun class but she doesn't make it easy. You will have to know exact information from the textbook (dates, specific film history, etc.) so make sure you read!! She doesn't do review so make sure you really study for her tests.

Probably the funniest professor I have ever had. She really loves her job, but her call was super easy. Lectures were very straight forward. What she puts in the power points is basically going to be on the tests. She makes you read the text book but I didn't crack it open and I passed all my test with 80s lol. Overall an amazing professor.

She's really funny and the class is really easy. She gives an outline of what pages you need to read for each test. If you read the pages and take notes you'll get an easy A. She picks good movies to watch and opened my eyes to many different things about cinema ..dont text in her class! pretty easy going with everything else

I really loved this class.. I will never watch movies the same way.. I learned so much about all the components of movies and was introduced to other excellent movies that I probably wouldn't have seen otherwise.. Take her.. Tests were ok, a few papers to write, but my class only had to write one because she couldn't finish grading it..

Ok, right off the bat, she is a pretty easy teacher. She teaches very generally. I just took her class for film appreciation. I love movies, but if your looking for a serious film class DONT TAKE IT! She teaches the material like everyone is retarded and doesn't know what she is talking about! I couldn't stand watching her "trying" to leture.

I personally adore this woman. I think shes intelligent and she's sooo friggin hilarious. I do have to say though that her tests are REALLY hard for some reason and considering that its not an english class she grades your essays pretty harshly.. however, if you go up to her after class she'll usually help you out some... just dont be absent!!

She's such a nice lady, and a good professor. She works with you to make sure you get a good grade. She's down to earth and makes the class fun and as easy as possible. Only homework is reading,and she quizzes you on it the next class by asking like 3 oral questions. She only gave 2-3 tests which were easy if you just pay attention.
