Very knowledgeable. An expert on branding and communications. Pity he teaches only in the MBA core now. Exams are easy - just remember to use the keywords and diagrams. Classes are fun with lots of examples and product samples to illustrate concepts.

Fantatic teacher and class! He makes the class extremely interesting and always puts you in a good mood the moment he starts talking... "Are we ready for some videos?!!!!!" I strongly suggest taking this class with him. He's not an easy marker, but you'll learn a lot from him.

Prof. Vakratsas demands too much of his students. He has a condescending demeanor & and grades extremely rigidly (i.e. he even corrects spelling & grammer). Although, I admit the subject matter is interesting at times, prof. Vakratsas makes the course unenjoyable. Also, he takes attendance!
