She is hilarious! She lives for group projects and class discussion, very approachable and nice. Shes not afraid to speak her mind either and if youre shy during presentations she doesnt care about awkwardness or take points off for presentation skills. Shes a character who cares about her students very much and makes sure they know that.

Denel is currently head of the communications/PR department and deservedly so. She cares a lot about her students, wants to see them succeed. Willing to negotiate about class syllabus (at higher levels, anyway). Covered a good mix of theory-based and real world examples. Had guest speakers and last class potluck. Fun prof.

DeNel is a wonderful professor in that, she cares for her students and wants to maximize their learning potential. She is also a great support (rare in a graduate program). Research is technically her strongest area - however she is always willing (and asks) for suggestions for areas of course improvement at the Graduate level. A lovely human.

DeNel is my favourite professor. She is fair, clear and open to negotiation. She encourages your individual interests and treats her students like peers and not children. I'd take every class with her if I could.

Very nice woman, unfortunately the class itself doesn't seem to be overly relevant to the PR program. Overtly favors woman at times. Very entertaining course and a nice prof, but don't look for a quick easy mark, and group work with groups she chooses are key to her class.
