Every week was a different Italian film (sometimes two) and a reading here and there. It was a lot of work at times (long films) but it was worth it because Professor Sica really just wants to discuss the material. She is so kind and very understanding!

I never meet someone so heart-warming, funny, and caring. She really cares about her students. He's always smiling, never in a bad mood. I'm loving Italian because of her and she does not get mad when you do not know a word (unlike other teachers). Not a lot of homework but when she does assign, they are interesting and relevant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was very nervous going into this class but she helped me so much and increased my knowledge of Italian immensely. She does assign a lot of readings and films usually with short reflections due each class however it gives you a ton of practice with the language which is amazing.
