wierd! she talks about her research alot. when she was in india she learned tthe drum tabla which has a language with it...plays it in class alot...i swear she breaks out in tabla language every so often. nice but a flake. and in an advanced class she assigned students to teach each chapter without teaching herself or clarifying much

THE best Prof I've ever had.She can get off topic but really knows her stuff. This woman eats, sleeps and breathes Anthropology. Helped me decide on being an anthropologist. I will fight anyone who talks bad about Denise. Any time, anywhere. And I'll win.
