The teacher is a 60 or 70 year old man. He is slightly forgetful and does not tolerate text messaging, sleeping or newspaper reading in his class. If you take notes, you should do well on his essay tests which are a few short answers questions. He's an easy grader. All his quizzes are just to help you get extra credit to improve your grade.

If you can handle all essay tests, boring material and an equally boring teacher with a nasal voice-you'll have no problem. Take really good notes because he bases his exams off the lecture, not the text. Wouldnt advise skipping class unless you can get the notes from someone else. Not a terrible teacher, but I'm sure there are better out there.
