Denton is a nice guy but after taking 2 of his courses I have realized that he marks senselessly hard and it is honestly frustrating knowing that the level of effort you put in sometimes doesn't matter. You can work really hard on something and he will mark it wrong just because he's taken too long and needs to get the exam/project back to you.

Denton is a really great prof. He's relatable and easy going. There is group work and some presentations, but he isn't the slightest bit intimidating so it makes it a lot easier! He takes a long time to mark tests, and he is a tough grader, but all in all a decent class - just put the effort in and you'll do fine!

Denton is a great guy, he makes lectures interesting and tries to make boring material less boring. He definitely makes marketing interesting. However, you love him until you leave the midterm. His multiple choice questions are extremely difficult and worded awkwardly. He is also quite unorganized.

Denton is a horrible prof... i am a marketing major but he completely ruins marketing, doesn't know how to make a logical multiple choice question,doesn't know how to explain things he only reads his BORING slides&his grading scheme makes completely no sense. his classes are beyond dull. should be a good,easy class but his class is BS, - avoid!
