Santa Claus! Very sweet man, very helpful. Lectures make more sense if you either clarify questions in class or in office hours, especially the latter. Assigns somewhat difficult readings, although his marking is slightly sympathetic to compensate.

I really wanted to like the class, and I couldn't. Not only did he choose boring and HARD texts to read, his lectures almost put me asleep. It was all I could do not to check my watch every five seconds. Sure, he's nice, but that doesn't make him a good teacher. I won't take anything with him again.

SANTA CLAUS! Kind man, very understanding and accomodating of enthusiastic students. Lectures are a bit slow, but talking to him reveals he has a real plans and concepts behind every lesson. More than happy to help you, explain things, and go over your stuff line by line. Also, just tough enough.
