I took Excel levels 1-3 workshops with Diana at BCIT. Be careful who you sit next to, as I ended up teaching my neighbors. Diana does not walk around the class much, which would be my one criticism. Overall an easy course.

Diana lives + breaths RULES.Don't even Think about bringing that coffee to class!Also,there is no simply emailing your assignments in...EVERYTHING MUST BE SUMBITTED IN A PRESENTATION FOLDER and that means a title page etc for EVERY little assignment-NOT necessary IMO.She's just doing her best though

Very patient with students who have obviously not met the pre-requisites yet have been allowed to register anyway, even though these students slow the rest of the class down. I think Diana works extremely well given the lax student screening.
