avoid taking statistics at SDSU if u can!!!!!it was not hard, but it was impossible to understand the teacher!and not to mention he makes MANY errors! i ended up with a B+...but Mr. Ngyuen ruined my roomates life hah!

I can't blame the guy for the hard exams, since everyone that takes the class takes the same test (and use the same notes). He's a nice guy, and if you ask him for help, he'll help. His accent isn't incredibly hard to understand. Just go to class, pay attention, and most of all... study!

Lame ass people think he is hard to understand, well they are just dumb. Some words are hard, but overall he is fine. Math is always hard, but this class was not bad. Homework was harder than the tests. Tests were exactly like practice exams and previous years tests... Not bad. I got a B.

I don't know what people are complaing about. I think he is the best teacher ever. He is the first teacher that actually show me what college is about. For his class, you have to study hard and make sure you attend lectures. He is cool and I don't notice his accent one bit. Maybe bc i'm asian?

Took him once in a JC for Calc, now that class was hard but he clarified tha material, I just didn't study enough. He has an accent that forced me to pay attention, and he expresses himself well and clearly. I would recomend for serious students.
