She is the key holder to your internship future! Enthusiastic & a bit obsessive about food service though. Grading was easier than expected, tests are a bit hard especially with the food econ math nonsense! Projects were easy but very time consuming. Go to class & you'll be in the clear!

I think she is the best teacher I have had so far. She is SO helpful and will go at great lengths for her students. She makes sure everyone understands and knows her stuff. She breaks everyting down for you and then some. Soooo so so nice as well!
