Don is a living legend. He taught me paleontology and astronomy as well, and if you love education for it's own sake, you can learn more from him than from most professors on campus. If you're taking this class because you have to, and would rather be hanging out with your friends, you might be annoyed when the lecture veers off, but it's an easy A

Absolutely brilliant character - a remarkable memory and he knows more about natural science than you will ever learn. Lots of jokes and tangents, and a pretty easy A, unless you're uptight or a punk.

Don is very accepting of the needs of his students. He has been there, and done that, and hasn't forgotten when he was in school, and does what he can to help all those involved in his classes as much as he can. I would recommend his classes to anyone!

Easy and a complete waste of time. Although if you're looking for a great laugh there are several. I recommend bringing coloring books,it makes it go by much faster.
