Professor Hancock's 3 midterms and 1 Final are hard. The first midterm I got a 93, and the content gets harder, especially in the Probability Chapter. I ended up with a B and really close to a B+. The First B in college but Math 141 is hard in general. But I would still appreciate his helpful office hours. He is such a nice, warm, and funny man.

I took Calc in HS, but he still expects me to show up and pretend I care. No chill when it comes to phones either. Too much homework, long assignments due twice a week. Makes me wish I had taken the AP test.

The best professor you can have for this course. He's very sweet and will re-explain problems for you in varying ways until you understand it. His office ours are short, so get there early! His explanations become confusing during the counting chapter, but he gives lots of examples. His tests are predictable and very fair.

Nice guy. Bad at explaining things. Lots of homework. If you do the homework you'll be better off in the class. The tests are kind of insane sometimes. I failed his final HARD.

He truly enjoys teaching Math141. His tests can get tough, but its all from the notes and the worksheets. As long as you study, you should be good to go. If it were any other professor, I'd be sleeping through his 8am, but Not for Hancock. cause hes the man.

If you're taking any Business Calc, Hancock is the teacher you need to have. He breaks things down to such an understandable level, unlike other teachers I've had who couldn't think like a student. I went from failing my calc 1 freshman year with another teacher to getting an A in this calc 2 class. 2 HW's a week and 4 total tests. That's it.

This class will be difficult for most people no matter who teaches it, but Dr. Hancock is the best math professor. He gives such good examples. And a number of them too. His numerous good examples makes this class the easiest it can be. He uses the fairest system I know for grading homework. Study for tests and ask questions and you'll do well.

Best professor!! I have taken 3 of his classes and would take more if I could. He is so willing to help his students and is one of the most helpful professors I have ever had. His passion for math is contagious and it is clear he was meant to be a professor.

Very good professor. He explains things multiple times in different ways (in simple terms). He makes sure you understand the material. Do the homework, write down the notes and you will do fine. incredible, highly recommended. bit challenging but clear expectations. tests and hw correlate very well with material. gives good practice questions before the tests and detailed examples each class. he lectures without any notes! he actually prepares his students for tests. take anything with him!

Don is unfair as a teacher. He cares nothing for his student's knowledge or well being in his class. He doesn't award points for mandatory attendance but merely docks your grade for not showing up. I was .2 percent from an A-(just one point in the class)he wouldn't give back a point that he misgraded me for on a test. A very unforgiving teacher

He's a nice guy like my grandpa. Corny and I feel sorry for him because no one in our class laughs at his jokes, and only like half the class shows up on any given day because he doesn't care about attendance. Class is decently easy (come on, its 102) HW is manageable, and tests sufficiently explained in advance. Definitely recommend him!
