Comment:

CS126 was a hybrid course and could pretty much be done without that one class meeting a week. It is, however, helpful for those who have questions and need help beyond online communication. In-class lectures are more review discussions and checking in with how we're doing. It's a fun course as we get to create our own app. I highly recommend!

He is entertaining and very easy to listen to; I hardly ever find his classes to be boring. You watch a lot of videos which is nice. As long as you attend class and take some time to study the tests are really easy! I would take him again if I ever had the chance.

Don is a wonderful teacher. Class is simple to follow and has a strong reliable structure. Lecture is mandatory, but listen and take notes and there is no reason you wont pass the class. He clear with his work and uses videos and other visuals to back up the concepts along with small reviews throughout his lectures.

He takes his teaching seriously and you can tell he's passionate about his students' learning. He is clear and you can understand his lessons. Didn't need the book at all, in fact I didn't even buy it and I got an A. Go to class and take notes, you'll do well.

Great teacher. This class could be so much more boring..given the easy content, but he makes it humorous and kept my attention most of the time. He is VERY thorough going through the information, including GREAT reviews for the tests. Also, when 2 times for the class are offered..he lets you go to either one..sweet! Take good notes,you'll do great!
