Very hard teacher but dedicated in his work. He loves what he does and you can tell. He is an extremely tough grader and in order to pass make sure to do all of your work. Be prepared to stay busy and have tons of homework and studying. Tough grader but he allows test makeups. He does have a big heart and cares as long as you show some effort

By far one of the best profs I have ever had. My interest in conducting was greatly influenced by him and his enthusiasm. In band, he was devoted to the course and to the students. He always tried to make things interesting and fun. He is helpful and always has his door open to help students.

Defiantly the BEST teacher I've EVER had by far, he's so sure what he wants and how to get it, has an excellent ability to make everything about music and the expreience interesting and fun to learn, VERY EXCELLENT teacher,too bad he's taking this year off.. come back, we miss you and need you back!
