Software Engineering was terrible this semester. The lectures were pointless, irrelevant, and sleep-inducing. The major project was badly designed. Maybe it was just the course content (which would be Dr. Needham's fault too, as he's the course coordinator) but I want those three credits of my life back.

Great prof. I actually enjoy going to class. The "student coding 3 lines at the PC" are a blast. He's got a good sense of humor and the atmosphere is relaxed. Quizzes kind of tough but they do help you get prepared for the exams. Practicums are killer if you don't do the homework yourself, but are straightforward if you do.
