I recommend Farrior if you want to learn the material well. The class is pretty tough, but if you show up and do the homework, you'll do well. Some say her classes and tests are too hard, but they force you to learn the material. Her teaching style is pretty lively, so it's not difficult to stay awake.

Comment:

Nice person, but extremely hard class. Her tests are insane. All of the test problems are harder than the average homework problem, and there are way to many. The title "Dr. Failure" is well earned. DO NOT take this class.

she is a hard grader. If you dont write out an explanation of everything you do on your homework she fails you even if you have the correct answer. Although on tests if you write an explanation and miss one part of the question it is all wrong, no extra points for explaining it.

Had her for Calculus II and she was not that tough. She does not usually teach that class, so she used Dr. Doty's syllabus. If you do the homework, you are fine on the tests, they tend to come right from it. Can sometimes be unclear, but will clarify things if you ask her to.
