She's really funny and nice but barely teaches the material. Just read your textbook and read the TI's emails though and you're good. Classes are very boring but easy so no complaints!! Like many other professors- she's very opinionated. But at least she's usually open for discussion, which makes things interesting sometimes.

Love this teacher, she doesn't always know what she is talking about but she is simply amazing. She is very intelligent and it is evident to the clas, but she does not teach much. The debates every week were very interesting. Talk to her after class, do the assignments and you'll get an A.

This class was very easy mostly because her TA's where the ones that really taught the class. We had weekly essays due, and weekly quizzes but they really aren't that hard. We had weekly debates, and if you weren't presenting than you would have to write an essay on the debate. If you did present then you had to write an 8pg debate paper.

This was an online class that I took to get extra credits in. It was pretty easy overall. It consisted of weekly online discussion boards, quizzes, weekly 2 pg essays, and a final 5 pg essay. If you put in even a small amount of effort you will get at least a B+. I spent about 2 hrs a week on this class and got an A. I highly recommend it.

Braginsky doesn't really teach. She stands in front of class and makes jokes about peoples answers to class discussion and tells the same story over again multiple times. I received a B- in the class when mathematically i should have had a B or B+ because I didn't participate. But if you can participate and enjoy her rambling you'll do fine

Very funny professor and entertaining. Gave weekly study guides for the quizzes, so reading for the class was easy since you knew what you were looking for. Gave essay questions before midterm, and final. Weekly assignments (quizzes and articles) were easy and simple. Class was fun and easy. Take it!!!

Good professor-very intelligent--knows the material and is considerate of a student's viewpoint. Weekly assignments are simple, offers tons of extra credit. Multiple choice mid-term and final are easy if you memorize the points of a T.A.-made study sheet. One big debate and paper which takes some effort but is hardest part of class. Funny and nice.

Funny and entertaining class. Her TA's do all the work. Class is optional, but you have weekly assignments (workbook and review a article) - there not hard, only take about 20-30 minutes each. There is a midterm and a final... They're hard, but she grades you more on your attendance, participation, and if you complete your weekly assignments.

Loved her. Problem with teaching a law course is that she seems to have lost a lot of faith in the legal system, as well as her students' intellect(hard to blame her). My only complaints are that the multiple choice tests are literally impossible and she is irrationally liberal, maybe just to prove a point, but still irritatingly unreasonable.

God Bless Her - "B or Better Braginsky." Still there!!! NEVER attended class; got an A. I'm told she smoked FDR-type cigarettes during class and frequently talked about being horny -- no lie. She was a character. I'm glad that I enrolled.

Great, refreshing prof! The point of the course is to view issues from different perspectives. The exam brings in various issues raised during the course (thought has to be put into the answers). Relaxed environment - you do learn!

Her class is a complete waste of time, I don't know how she is still a teacher here. Her tests are multiple choice tests w/ over 100 questions. Final had 151 questions on it, and they're not easy. She gives u a study guide that goes along w/ the text, because her lectures has absolutely NOTHING to do with what you're graded on. It's a joke

Interesting lady, very opinionated, extremely smart but doesn't teach well. Goes off on tangents and you basically have to teach yourself the material. Often spends whole classes talking about a passion or complaint of her own, very annoying. She's an easy grader if that's all you want from class.
