Took this online. Very easy. Make sure to post on the discussion boards - very easy - just make sure to always include some words, which definitions you learnt in the book. Papers are quite easy and graded well too. Expand on the points given by her directions. Go beyond and only then you'll get an A on it. Study guide is very helpful for 2 tests.

Dottie is tremendous. It's been a few years since I took her class and I still do my best to keep in touch with her. A great lady and a great professor. I thoroughly enjoyed her class and use some of the things learned in that class today in my professional career.

The material wasn't that hard to get, but she presents it poorly. Her lectures are extremely boring and her wording in her tests (and lecture notes) is very technical like it is straight out of the book. If she could explain things in normal human terms she would be a great professor.

She is a nice lady but she let our class know where she stood poltically which was not pertinent to the content of the class and used her partisan perspective in many class discussions, which was really unnecessary and unprofessional.

Hmmm Dottie was a much easier "A" when I had her online for COM 200, but even her COM 281 class isn't too difficult. She is very friendly and understanding, clarity is hit/miss... sometimes it's clear, sometimes it's not. Fairly lenient grader.

Class is extremely easy, but timing was off on material. Disagreed with her in many parts, especially with time given to put together group work, thankfully she grades easy on that. Hardly any notes, so you have to attend class or you will be lost.
