His tests are INSANELY LONG! (usually 11 pages, with 2-3 problems per page, for ONLY 50 minutes!) He also gives problems way harder than ones you see in class and has at least one 10 pt problem of a topic you've never seen before! Also, he gives almost no partial credit and doesn't even curve tests when avg is in low-mid 60s. Nice guy but too hard!

Tests really long and hard. I had little background in Chem, but he presented the easiest problems during lecture. Definately have to go to office hours. He explains things better there. Felt like all the effort I put into the class was not reflected in grade due to these things, and the time crunch during tests.

Tests are extremely long, and office hours are a must to understand what's going on. But he's really easy to find and he will keep explaining things until he's certain you get it. And to the moron who can't spell 'tenure'...no wonder you failed out of chem.

He was a hard teacher with long test that he trys to trick you on. His class was so boring and he makes you feel so stupid when you ask a question. Good luck if you have to take him....get out if you can. Dont worry he didnt make 10 year any way and this is his last year!!!
