Class is really easy. Gives you a test review a week before the test. His tests consists of a few essays, matching, true or false, and multiple choice. Gives 20 extra points for perfect attendance. Does require remembering some definitions word for word. He has trouble looking at you during lecture. Loves kids and is passionate about his work.

He wont look at me...makes me think hes not talking to me during lecture and it kind of irritates me. Other than that hes not so bad. As much as I enjoy the subject I do not enjoy his class.

He was a wonderful professor, and truly knowledgeable on what he is teaching. He has firsthand experience on pretty much and job in the criminal justice field. I would take another class with him in a heartbeat. Just make sure you take notes, and listen to him talk. But he makes everything interesting.

Glad to have him in our juvenile system--he cares about the kids he works with and does his best to make his students care too. Treat him respect and show him you're willing to work hard and learn from him, and you won't have any problems, his tests and homework are easy, and the tour of the juvenile hall is fun and interesting.

I had him for CJ 140 and Cj 145 I didnt think he was to hard all as long as you show up for class you should do fine, he does go off on tangents, but I found them interesting and made the class go by faster.

I felt that he read right from the book and always went off on meaningless speals about things. He was nice over-all and the class was fairly easy except you were only graded on 3 tests and a paper, thats it. So if you don't do good on those your are doomed in his class
