He was my professor a very long time ago, and I still remember him with fondness. He was a good teacher who clarified the subject, and was a decent human being.

Basically, your grade is based on the open book final exam and a 20 page paper on a topic of your choice. I handed in my paper two days before grades were due and I got an A+! He's really nice but I found him extremely boring. I can't even count how many times I've cut. But take him if you want a very easy A (and cookies).

ok, the only reason your going to even take this class is to boost up your GPA and get an A. he doesnt take attendance, and talks and talks and talks, there are no exams, except a final which you can do wherever you want, and a 20 page paper. Yea, 20 pages is a lot, but other tan that theres nothing to the class. but an easy A!!

An all-around great guy, tends to ramble about topics not related to philosophy. He assigns alot of reading, but its okay if you don't understand any of it because he goes over it sentence by sentence in class the next day. He did take attendance when I had him, so you should go to class. His final is open-book, but you have to do a 20 page paper.

Very easy class. Professor Kent has lots of stories to tell, some tragic, but all interesting. Easy A. All you have to do is a 20 page paper and participate in the discussions.

He is really great especially taking him in spring semester when it's more lax. He brings cookies and people that take his classes tend to be cool.He is a true hippie type older dude. Cares enough to allow you to do your own stuff. he assigns one paper and if it's moderately good you're almost guaranteed an A.

He is very easy indeed but it's such a waste to go to his class when he does nothing except ramble on about nothingness. He doesn't talk loud, he could never hear you when talking, sometimes doesn't acknowledge your participation... when you pay good money for college, this you realize is a waste and he needs to retire... seriously.

Easy! He doesn't take attendence, and doesn't really teach. The grade is only based on one thing, a 20 page paper that you get to choose a topic for. Easy A. If you want to learn about Philosophy and Law, you should probably take someone else.

Look, he's a nice guy, but he needs to retire. I paid a lot of money for this class, and he cancelled a lot of classes, was out sick, seemed glad of the holidays, etc. I was very disappointed, since I really wanted to learn about law/philosophy. Then when he was there he talked all about his family, and his/their health/sickness. Bummer!

Can't count how many times I fell asleep in this class. All he wants is a presentation and a 15 page paper. If you like not coming to class, take him, but be ready to hand in a graduate-type paper at the end of the semester
