Very cool professor! I really learned the ins and outs of civil litigation when I took him. Makes class fun and I enjoyed how much hands on materials I got to work on such as motions. He is a MUST TAKE professor if you are thinking about law school with out a doubt! I was never ever bored taking him I cant say that about everyone. -David Oliver

He is a really nice professor. His class is kind of boring because he is a very old a modotone person. Assignments are east, never got below a B+ on them. Midterm and Final are pretty straight forward. If you talk to him after class before an exam you can get alot of the material that will be on the test. Overall I enjoyed his class.

Boring class. Ten easy assignments. Like three were from the textbook and most are from articles he finds. He spends the first 20, 25 minutes of class talking about the previous class notes. Talks about IBM all the time. Pretty easy though. The midterm and final come from the notes he gives. He switches through them real fast sometimes though.

SOOOO BORING...watched movies on my laptop in class. Gives mad notes you can't even understand he gives a few easy hws. His tests are kinda hard but he's soo old u can blatently cheat on the midterm and final, im talking like laptop out on the desk cheating. Take him if u need some sleep during the day

Boring!!! You can't even understand him most of the time because he mumbles. When he does talk he only talks of IBM and Enron. He's never clear on what he wants on the test. He'll say "look over chapters 1-8" and nothing else. His tests are only true or false, fill-in and essay questions.

Probably the most boring class I have ever sat thru Has an incredibly monotone voice and all he does is read off of overhead sheets and talk all class. Never anything else besides that. The only tests you take are the mid term and final, on top of like 10 hwk assignments and thats your whole grade. Fairly easy class, but boring as all hell

Easy A, but immensely boring. All we had to do was easy exercises in the workbook and hand in the resume/cover letter, but coming to class even once a week was very boring. Literally, people left right after attendance to avoid any more of his babbling about how important this stupid course is.
