I've had for at least three classes. She is the best teacher I have ever had at SIUE. Her classes are pretty easy, she's very understandable, helpful and she makes learning fun. She really wants you to learn the language. If you get a chance TAKE HER CLASS. If you get less than a B there is a problem and its not the professor.SPAN 202, 301,302,352

I have had Fonseca for span 202 and 352. She is a really fun teacher. She always makes class interesting and she is pretty easy going. Still, her classes tend to be a little random and unorganized, although she's always willing to help you and clarify things during her office hours. *She likes to sit in a big circle for class discussion*

I LOVE FONSECA! She's an amazing teacher.. I'm going to be really sad to see her go =( She is very animate about her teaching, loves the students, will help ANYONE with ANYTHING... Always really helpful in office hours, and always asks questions to make you understand. The readings in this class can be BORRRINGGGG, but shes an amazing teacher.
