I ended up liking marketing after taking his class. Exams don't reflect class discussion, which makes you feel pretty dumb. Doing the reading is pretty important for this class to keep up with discussion, but overall a good class. Take the time to meet with him outside of class.

Great professor with a lot of passion for teaching. He is genuinely interested in helping his students, so I recommend talking to him outside of class. Honestly was not interested in marketing at all but his class was still good. Also, I thought I failed the final but ended up with a much better grade than I expected.

Adv. Marketing Strategies (Summer only) is an amazing class. Hibbard is a tough grader, but he's a much nicer and better Prof. than he is during core. Extremely helpful, and only marketing class where you feel you've learned a lot more than core.

Hibbard is one of the nicest professors in SMG. He is truly dedicated to his students and is always available. He is the professor to have for CORE. That said, he could do a better job as the CORE coordinator to make the course more interesting/educational... I feel like i didnt learn anything new or practical. CORE is too repetitive!

Hibby!! I loved having him for core! He is very critical but he tells it like it is and that is so helpful. All other marketing teaches do not even compare to Hibby for core. I know you don't have a choice as to who you get, but if you get Hibby, get excited. You're lucky!

Hibbard is the BEST core professor to have - I mean it guys, he's one of the CORE coordinators so hes on his game. He is SO helpful, always answers email, and is ALWAYS on your side. Just come to him having attempted to solve your problem and he will help you figure it out. He is really great and very fun, but make sure yo do the freakin reading!!

One of the best profs I've had, class is very fun, shows lots of videos, etc. He's helpful outside of class too, but you have to show him that you've done a lot of work on your own first. Tests are ridiculously easy as well.
