If you are not very experienced in excel and access this class is going to be very hard considering how fast she operates on the computer. Very easy to get behind and lost. Works at her rate not aware if students are able to keep up. Attended tutoring in stem building numerous times and got no help.

I loved this professor. I would definitely take her again. At the beginning, I knew nothing about programming and now I do! I loved this class and will always try to take her again. She makes you work, but who doesn't! I would recommend to anyone!

She is such a great teacher, especially for first semester of my freshman year. Had her for CSC 102 and she made it fun. She is really helpful and makes herself available to students whenever they need it. If I have the opportunity to get her for another class in the future I would not pass it up!

This Online class was surprisingly fun. Professor Hutchison is probably one of the best professors in CSC she should receive an award. She is patient, answers your questions and best of all makes the material fun! Which is hard especially in CSC. She gives a lot of homeworkassignments you "have to be organized" to pass this class!

Great instructor. Very helpful when you do not understand. Tries to make it fun so you want to learn and it makes it easier. This is my second class with her. I will be taking another class with her next semester. Wish she was teaching more of the CSC classes. I would take her for all of them!!! Also extremely easy to get in touch with out of class

Wants to be helpful in class but usually ends up either rambling or not making things clear. If you ask questions she will re-word it and you can usually pick it up then. Tests were kinda hard but after the first one you know how they are so they get easier. Textbook is a must. And you will need a folder, she has a lot of handouts.

This class was extremely hard and requires a lot of studying. I didn't learn anything, just memorized the codes the night before tests. The textbook was no help at all, however, office hours were helpful. She is available online a lot and cares about her students.

Easy class! Lots and lots of quizzes, but they help because they're basically word for word from her tests. She also offers tons of extra credit, so if you miss a homework assignment or two, your grade won't suffer. Extremely peppy for 8 in the morning!

Great teacher! This is a really easy class if you took a computer class in high school. She is very helpful, explains things well, and is willing to answer any question you ask. I would definitely recommend taking her class.
