Elizabeth is the coolest and one of the most open minded teacher you'll have for undergrad. She's super cool and go with the flow and she is very open to new ideas. Just read the assignments and type the weekly journals and engage in conversation during class and you might find yourself rewarded.

This lady is the best! I love her so much. If you actually try in her class, and let her know you know what's up and that you are trying, you're getting an A. Do all the assignments, which are minimal, and talk to her outside of class. She's probably the chillest, most down to earth professor at this school, just don't be a loser.

I had her for only a few days, but thank god I got rid of the class before the add/drop period. Foul and insensitive woman. The syllabus was easy enough if you can tolerate the professor

She is not a good teacher who shares her opinions WAY too much. She never shows grades at all, EVER and I would not be surprised if she never graded anything. She is frustrating beyond belief. If you decide to take her, make sure you stay in contact with her if you have any questions because she will not go out of her way to help or clarify things.

Nice lady if you are on her good side. Just talk to her and go to class. Not many assignments but you need to complete them. She's flexible with due dates. You don't get any grades back. Make sure you get along with your group because half the time you meet in your group outside of class. Easy A if you do what she tells you to do. GOOD TEACHER!

She's very unclear about what she wants from her students. She doesn't hand back grades and shares her political opinion way to much. She is extremely liberal and her class was about food systems, it was awful to say the least. She randomly threw a project at us in near the end of October, a research paper and documentary. I do not recommend her.

Awesome teacher, very flexible. Communicate with her and everything will be fine. Half classroom class and half online, so you only go to class one day a week. Lots of group work with the same group. Overall, there's no reason you should fail this class. None.

Elizabeth is awesome!During fall we met outside and talked about all sorts of thing. About 2 short essays and that's about it. She is very laid back and will work with you if you need help. I didn't have to do a lot of work and I came out with an A!

She is a nice lady but I defiantly get the vibe that she is judging you if you do not say what she wants to hear. Not really an english class but more of a social justice class as you will spend most of your time discussing things that are wrong with society and equality. Little homework but if you do it then you will be fine.

Loved this class! It was joined with Freshman Seminar and was very discussion based. Really opens your mind to new ideas (it's all about social justice). One final research paper, some small journal entries, a couple essays. Very manageable work load and it was all due at the end in a portfolio. Only complaint is that she was sometimes unclear.

She was AWESOME! I am the complete opposite and share none of her political/religious/daily views about life but I would take this class again in a heartbeat. Being a conservative but openminded republican this class sometimes infuriated me but she just challenged your everyday views and there's nothing wrong with that. It was really easy 4 papers.

This teacher was horrible! Her expectations of the students and what she wanted for assignments were never clear. Your grade depends completely on what she thinks of you personally. I really wish that I would have taken another class that would have focused more on the readings and one where we actually would have gotten grades back!!!

SHE IS AMAZING!!!! best teacher I have ever taken. you write a couple papers we are only writing three this whole semester. she doesnt like guidelines or minimum requirements. she wants you to suceed and is one of the coolest people i know and thats not just because she drives a car powered by vegetable oil!!

Best English teacher I have ever had! The portfolio was easy, we had all semester to work on it! If you dont slack off in the class you will do fine! Takes attendance but she gives you research days and you dont even have to go to class on those days. I would suggest taking her!
