A rather awful teacher, chooses favourites in her class right from the beginning of the year. Her teaching style is totally formulaic and lacks and interesting subject matter nor does it demand creative input from the students. Will make idiotic and false corrections on your papers; she didn't know that "deteriorate" was a word.

Best prof. I've had so far. She's very flexible with her time to suit the students' schedule. Marks fast and gives you the mark that you deserve. However, don't expect to get an A out of the class without the work needed and more.

Best prof ever! I was dreading this class and it has been my fav! English is fun with prof Wall! She is so incredibly sweet and helpful devoting so much of time outside of class to her students. Try really hard to schedule yourself around having her as a prof!

BEST PROF EVER! I have always hated eng but eng w/ emily wall is different. The 3 hour eng night class didnt seem so bad. She tells you EXACTLY what she is looking for and is always willing to help in or outside of class time. She teaches everything in a clear and organized manner. Trust me, get her as ur prof if u can n u will have no regrets!

Don't skip class! She'll get MAD. Otherwise, a GREAT prof, clear, very easy but fair, and super-open to new ideas. Best feedback ever received on papers, they're half a page long and so in-depth! Quick email replies. Writing 7 pargraphs on Fear gets boring, but ah well. Very encouraging!!

Emily is by far the best ENGL instructor I have ever had. Her instructions are very clear, she always keeps her lectures to the point and interesting and gets everyone involved. If you're a person that doesn't like to participate and is socially "boxed" then don't take her, otherwise she's Great!
