Yook is so sweet and helpful, but her class is very conducive to bs-ing. You have to essentially make up feelings in order fulfill the writing requirement. Think: 10 pages of "how do you feel" about group communication. Read the textbook to do well on exams--they're tough! Also, she's not lenient with grading speeches, so practice!

the group work sucks and the lectures are pretty boring but the speeches are easy to get a good grade on (just follow exactly what she says). the tests suck you really have to study the book, dont depend on her "reviews" at all.
