Professor Trow is great to take if you hate math and have a hard time grasping concepts. She is a kind and patient teacher, who explains things clearly and simply. Taking again for Fall!

An independent study class. There's far too much noise in classroom. Prof doesn't do much but stand around at computer talking. Little help is given, but there are tutors. Online program used for math is horrible, not very good at "teaching" you how to do the math. If you need a teacher, do not take this class, not much help is given here.

Fun class prof doesn't really lecture though. Class mostly consists of roll and picking up handouts. You have to attend a couple plays and write about it. there is a group project that is fun and easy at the end. Four tests, cumulative, MC and dialogue ID from plays you read. Final replaces lowest test scores. hands out assgn in class sometimes.

Trow is an amazing professor she really knows how to teach math! She makes her students feel confident and secure with themselves. Her teaching style is great and she engages the students and got us involved with solving problems on the board. Basically she made math fun! Math was never one of my favorite subjects but now I have an open mind.

I'm in her math 65 class now for the spring semester. And I absolutely love this class. I'm not a fan a math but I actually look forward to coming to her class. I really wish I could take her for all of my math classes but she's not really optional like that. But I highly recomend her for anybody taking math 65.

Ms. Trow was a good professor and would take the time to teach you the problem step by step. I took her for math 65 . She would take new ideas how to work a problem and gives everyone a chance to ask questions and work them out. She's not a tough grader and she accepts late work. But she wants to see your work. She doesn't like a lot of talking.

Mrs.Trow is far the best and funniest professor that I ever had. She is patient, kind and she is not like other professors who don't like to admit there wrong. I highly recommend her for math 102 A&B.

I didn't have the book for this class BUT I take REALLY good notes. She is very patient and will work with you whenever you need it. But she does push you when you need it to. She helped me get over my math anxiety and I feel confident to go to statistics. I recommend her to anyone I know who has to take the class.

MRS. TROW IS AN EXCELLENT TEACHER. SHE EXPLAINS MATH PROBLEMS IN VARIOUS WAYS SO THAT ALL MAY UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT. Ms. Trow is a sweetheart. The class is easy and really fun once the semester wears on and people start to get into it. She is very encouraging and happy to help if you have questions. You can tell she really loves theatre. Don't skip class early on or she'll drop you. Tests are pretty easy and the final replaces any test grade that is lower.

Miss Trow is super nice and super understanding and helpful! She gets distracted in class sometimes, but she is very good at helping to understand things. Reading the lessons will ensure a good grade, but just doing the problems without reading the lesson is fine for anyone who already has a good understanding of math. I would take her again!!!

LOVED Ms. Trow! I am sooo not a Math person, but she really made it come alive. You HAVE to find an Instructor that teaches to your learning style- but I had to discover what style I had. After that, just keep up with homework out of the book by Byrne, study like you're actually in College and you'll do fine. Wish she taught higher level classes!

Had Ms. Trow for Math 102A & B.Will not take her for math again. Many times she was confused or even more confused on how to do math problems than her students. She leaves the room during tests. This class is to lower math anxiety for students but many times she raises it. There were times where we waited a week to get test results back.

This professor is sometimes a little fast, but if you remind her to slow down, she's cool about it. AND it's college, so it is expected that you pay attention. This class is hard in general, but if you ask questions, she's always willing to help. This was my 3rd attempt for Math 102, and I achieved an "A". She's a great instructor! :O)
