Nice professor. Easy grader but takes a while for him to grade things. Overall a good professor, clear and concise explanation of concepts; no thick accent; and open to advanced questions beyond the scope of the lectures.

Pros: Goes into depth when explaining things. Keeps things simple. Good sense of humor, helps make the classes fun and interactive. Usually sticks around after class to provide help. Cons: Accent could be a little hard to understand at times. Doesn't always reply to emails (but does read and take action). Busy (but does make time for students).

Felix is a well of knowledge. He always makes time for his students and you can tell he puts a lot of work into his lectures. The course lectures move at a fair pace, but the final assignment requires a great deal of independent work and research. It's a privilege to learn from someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Felix.

Felix knows his stuff and teaches it incredibly well. in all my years of elementary, highschool and college now, i have never seen a teacher love their subject as much as Felix does. like others say, his tests were hard, but overall, that's a good thing. and the accent is great, students love the way he says "macheen."

This is the greatest teacher that I have ever had. Very challenging material is tackled with a systematic approach that involves real in class instruction, yes people he actually shows you how to think not how to blindly do or even worst how to read and blindly follow. Then there is the accent, simply amazing to, "Say hello to my little friend!"
