Professor Eribo is by far my favorite professor these last 3 years at ECU. He is easy in the fact that you will learn what you need to know, he doesn't give tons of busy work which I loved. You have your main assignments and papers. As long as you do well on those and your test you will do great. LOVE, his classes. Had him 3 times! Lucky me

I loved this class. He was very clear on the assignments. He was very quick to respond to emails and we even carried on a conversation at one point. Assignments are mandatory to complete if you want to pass this class. He also gives wonderful feedback. Writing assignments are assigned, but are not bad at all. Fast grader. TAKE THIS CLASS.

If you are looking for an easy A, take this professor. I had 4 quizzes all semester and 1 group project. I was able to breeze through his course while taking three other classes (and working 40+hours per week at a full time job) and I didn't have to worry about my grade-AT ALL! SUPER EASY!

Most inspiring professor in the ECU campus. Dr. Eribo shares a global perspective of communications with his students and his genuine desire to teach rather than play psycho professor head games) with his students may seem easy to some, but it is truly doing things you love that makes them appear easy. He is the most friendly teacher I have ever had. He tells great stories and likes to listen to everyone's point of view about class topics (mostly news stories and videos that are new and popular). Lots of class discussions and the tests are so easy if you come to class!

I took this class online and it was by far the easiest class I have ever taken online. Dr. Eribo works hard to make sure you get an A. The assignments are that easy. Although I would not recommend buying the book because I didn't use it and still got an A. Plus there is no final for online students. Take him!

Love him!! Festus is so nice and his class is so easy! He wants his students to make A's! He will literally do anything he can to help his students do well. If you didn't do well in his class then you must have screwed up really bad. I have taken Media Ethics and Writing from him a 4000 and a 1000 level class and they were both great!

Dr. Eribo taught media ethics during the spring of 2005. Some of the information was easy to learn and some of it was not so easy. However, if you come to class, study, ask questions and do all the work then you are more than likely to pass this course. Dr. Eribo most of the time took attendance and ask students questions during class.

Dr. Eribo taught international electronic mass media systems during the second summer of 2004. During this class we mostly talked about international news, issues, events. Dr. Eribo taught media writing during the second summer session of 2003. During this class we sometimes worked in groups and did lots of reading/writing during class. Most of the time if a student had trouble with an assignment Dr. Eribo would give the assignment back to us to try to improve. Dr. Eribo also takes attendance. Overall great class!

I took Eribo last semester and really enjoyed his class. I'm a DE student, so sometimes it can be difficult to communicate with professors. However, his method is useful, informative and I learned a lot. Take him if you want to learn but have a moderately easy course.
