PRITCHETT IS THE MAN!!!! Be ready to learn about history from different perspectives and be ready to read. The only downside is the fact that you have to read 3 books, but they are definitely "skimmable". He is extremely open and understanding to all perspectives. ONLY 3 EXAMS AND HE GIVES YOU THE QUESTIONS TO THEM IN HIS EXAM REVIEW SHEETS!!!

He takes attendance so you want to show up. Bring a laptop because honestly listening to his lectures will make your ears bleed. Makes racial slurs at times and if you have conservative views, don't bother listening to anything he says. Would recommend a different prof. if possible

Not the greatest class or professor would avoid him at any cost. had him for black church. lectures are long and boring, the mid term and final had questions we never covered. try to take a different class if possible. he is a good man but not a easy professor. Makes you read 3 whole books then 3 power points and 3 10-20 page that goes along with.

Kinda hard but 95% of the time you will be watching movies (take notes on them because it will be a question on the midterm & final). Unclear about assignments all the time but he will make it due based upon the classes' vote. Funny guy and loves to tell stories. Not much work (midterm, final, 1 report).
