Didn't really need to read to do the readings cause he teaches you the key info in class. He loves participation and is great at explaining and making the class accessible for all levels of spanish speakers. Large span of topics, and the class moves quickly, but he reviews the important material a lot so it really sticks.

Graziano is really nice, but he's not a native speaker and his classes can be dull. He likes to incorporate his trips to South America into the class, which can be really interesting. He really likes students who participate a lot, so doing the reading is important. Not an especially captivating or challenging class though.

Grazino is cool. He spends most of his off time traveling around the world, working on his various books and what not and always comes back with fantastic stories. He is liable to get a little off topic, but his classes are fun, and frankly, easy, but still worth taking.

Graziano is very knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and nice. He is really engaging and takes personal interest in the success of his students. He makes sure that nobody feels uncomfortable about their proficiency level, so everyone can participate and improve. He also puts effort into keeping classes from being boring or monotonous. Great prof!

I took Proyecto Comunidad with him. He is one of the most engaged professors I have ever had. I especially loved when he decided to have class in a Mexican Restaurant! Now THAT is hands-on learning. I also took SPA 251 and he was very knowledgeable. If you have the opportunity seriously.....TAKE HIM!

Prof. Graziano is wonderful. He is very intelligent and is able to present the material in a clear and engaging manner. His opinions can be biased toward his subject matter in some of the more advanced Latin American classes, but as long as you maintain an open mind and remain aware of all sides of the issue, his classes are very illuminating.
