Oh my goodness! I absolutely adore Father Haig! He is the sweetest old man! You know how old people rant about their lives? Father Haig surprisingly can incorporate blabbering about himself into the lecture! Also, you can bomb every test and still pull an A. He gives extra credit that adds points to YOUR OVERALL GRADE and not just to a test/paper.

Haig is a 80-some year old Jesuit. He's really enthusiastic and he records all of his lectures, although they don't always appear online. He only assigns 3 papers, midterm and final in class. He lets you use a computer in class. He gives a lot of extra credit.

Everything he says, no matter what it is will probably be on the test so take as many notes as possible. He even suggests recording his lectures if you can't attend class. He is a really nice man and shows great interest in what he teaches. SOOO much extra credit it's impossible not to get an A

Favorite class at Loyola hands down. Father Haig is so nice, and he is very interested in what he is teaching. Don't buy the textbook just go to class and take good notes, tests aren't too bad and he offers a lot of extra credit. Definitely take him!

Rev. Haig is awesome! He's a really cute old man- I enjoyed his class. Most people say you don't have to go to his class to do well but if you don't go to class you will fail the tests! Right down EVERYTHING he says in class and that will be the exam. Don't buy the textbook its a waste of money I didn't open it and got an A. Definitely take him!

Literally the easiest class I've taken at Loyola. No attendance policy (i know kids who literally never went), and the tests are 3rd grade-like with multiple choice. you have to write down everything he says, compare notes with a friend and then take the tests which literally take 8 minutes. also a very genuinely nice guy, take him

Stellar Universe. Easiest class ever. I felt like I was back in Freshman science in HS. Make sure you take good notes about EVERYTHING he says; doesn't matter if it doesn't pertain to the topic, write down everyting because you will see it on the exam. Study the notes and get an A. Easy as that.

Fr. Haig's class is a joke. He never grades papers so you have NO clue what your grade is in the class. Seems like he's ranting so you stop taking notes, only to find out later that IS the lecture. The man is completely crazy and should have retired. Would not recommend this class.

Father Haig is really funny really nice class can actually be interesting even though most of what he says has nothing to do with the solar system. the tests are a joke 6th grade style if you take notes. I can't believe people complain about his easiness. you have to be stupid not to get an A

I once heard that Father Haig is the smartest man alive... and after taking his class, I see it is true. He is very friendly and always seems jollier than Santa Claus. Go to his classes though, and take notes. His tests are straight from the notes, so if you don't need to worry about any curve balls on tests. Just go, take notes, and enjoy!

Ok here is the true deal with Fr. Haig. He is a brilliant man and very enthusiastic about his work. His class is fairly easy but you still need to focus and take notes. The class is very interesting and he loves talking about little bits of everything. I highly recommend him but please remember that you will still have to do some work in the class.
